Structeavent ® is a custom designed and engineered eave and fascia system developed to provide the following features:

1. Structural support for the roof deck per structural engineers requirements (Can be provided as a
non-structural component in some designs).

2. Intake venting for roof deck systems and attics in designs with and without soffits. (Can be provided
as a non-vented component when venting is not required) Guarantees air flow as required.

3. Structeavent ® can be supplied with a galvanized, non-painted cover that is attached in the plant. This
provides a one-piece field installation and serves as a base for field application of stucco, EIFS, etc.

4. Structeavent ® can be supplied with a separate “cover” made from pre painted (Kynar 500 finish)
galvanized steel that is installed after the Structeavent “base” and the roof deck system, or the cover
can be furnished by others.

5. The vent screen / fascia cleat is included.

6. Provides support for the attachment of gutters and soffits.

7. Eliminates the need for WOOD and all of its problems.

8. Reduces costly and dangerous field labor.

9. Reduces the number of trades involved thus consolidating responsibility.

10. Provides the least expensive method of doing the job right.
